D3.3 Report on Advances in Career System Upgrades


This report is linked to deliverable 3.1, which assessed the HR systems of A4L members in 2021. In April 2022, E. Handlířová presented the self-assessment findings and best practices at the A4L Board meeting in Tartu, Estonia. Following this, members identified priority areas for HR development and outlined specific actions, success indicators, deadlines, and responsibilities for implementation over a two-year period. This document serves as the final report (D3.3) on the upgrades to career systems within A4L member organizations. The first chapter introduces the context and status of HR systems in 2021, while the second chapter highlights advancements made through the HR Action Plans. The third chapter presents concrete actions taken by A4L members in their HR frameworks, with detailed descriptions available in the annex.
