D1.4 Reflection of evaluation conclusions in institutional strategies

One of the main objectives of the A4L_ACTIONS project is to foster a culture of excellence in science through international scientific evaluation as a strategic management tool. The project piloted an institutional peer evaluation model for adoption by CEE R&I organizations, demonstrating the value of independent feedback in driving improvement. A comprehensive self-assessment report was developed, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for progressive change. Experiences from peer evaluations at partner institutions were shared as case studies, outlining best practices and lessons learned. This deliverable reports on how the evaluation results were integrated into managerial actions and institutional strategies. It also addresses challenges in harmonizing evaluations across partners while aligning with CoARA principles.
