D3.4 Skills Academy resource database

D3.4 Skills Academy resource database is part of WP3 Careers in Science and Beyond under the Alliance4Life_Actions project. Its goal is to offer researchers and support staff a range of trainings to develop transferable skills like communication, leadership, and time management. The catalog features workshops by expert trainers from A4L institutions, targeting PhD students, young and senior researchers, and support staff. Each workshop is presented with key details such as a summary, trainer info, and delivery mode. Workshops, held onsite or online, have been conducted at Skills Academy events in Tartu, Ljubljana, and Budapest, and can also be organized at A4L institutions. The catalog is available on the A4L website for interested parties.
